LucasIrace Director of Business Attraction & Development

Born and raised in Goshen, New York, Lucas Irace is a proud graduate of Goshen Central School District. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta, laying a strong foundation for a career centered on strategic growth and community development.

Following graduation, Lucas obtained a New York State real estate license and built a successful career assisting clients across Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties. Recognized for excellence early on, he was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2022, in addition to earning the prestigious Ruby and Sapphire awards. He also holds the CIREC (Commercial & Investment Real Estate Certification), underscoring his expertise in investment-focused transactions.

In his current role as Director of Business Attraction & Development, Lucas is dedicated to driving economic growth through strategic partnerships, investment recruitment, and the promotion of sustainable development opportunities. With a strong background in both private and public sectors, he brings a results-driven approach to advancing the prosperity of the region.
